Welcome to the Gamertose - UI Portfolio
The Gamertose – UI Portfolio for Jonathan Williams. Why go by Gamertose instead of my name, well as you can see it’s because my name is very common. With a unique screen name, it helps establish a brand for my work and people will remember the screen name than my real name. Being a freelance artist and designer over the years, I have worked in multiple fields that focus on one or the other.
While I have a bachelor’s degree in game design, my focus has been on game assets and level design. Though what artist doesn’t have multiple talents? Thus, I have also worked on various mobile apps and websites through the years and enjoy all other design areas I’ve worked in. If a company is in need of some design work, I can work in multiple areas with ease.
As a freelance 3d artist, I specialize in many different areas of design. Such as 3d modeling for games that include props and environments; along with 2d art which has a wider area of disciplines. For instance, these include working on 2d game art (pixel and vector), UI/UX interfaces for games, websites, and apps, and website design. With each of these focuses I’ve been able to be a “jack of all trades” at many companies over the years. But now I’m narrowing my focus to move away from the jack of all trades and grow as a better 3d artist!
